Celebrity Xcite Cruise Ship Guide

Celebrity Xcite Overview

Celebrity Xcite is an upcoming Celebrity Cruises ship expected to debut in 2028. Celebrity has identified Xcite as the sixth ship in its Edge Series.

Celebrity announced the ship's name as construction began with the first steel cut at Chantiers de l’Atlantique in Saint-Nazaire, France. Xcite follows Celebrity Xcel in the Edge Series.

Because Celebrity has not yet released the ship's complete specifications, venues, accommodations, itineraries, or onboard feature list, GetCruiseInfo is keeping unconfirmed details off this page. We will expand this guide as Celebrity publishes them.

What Is Confirmed About Celebrity Xcite?

• Cruise line: Celebrity Cruises
• Series: Edge Series
• Fleet position: Sixth Edge Series ship
• Status: Under construction / upcoming
• Expected debut: 2028
• Shipyard: Chantiers de l’Atlantique, Saint-Nazaire, France

How Celebrity Xcite Fits Into the Edge Series

Celebrity Xcite continues the ship family that began with Celebrity Edge and includes Celebrity Apex, Celebrity Beyond, Celebrity Ascent, and Celebrity Xcel. Celebrity describes Xcite as the sixth ship in the series.

That lineage makes Xcite important for travelers comparing Celebrity's newest ships, but it does not mean every venue or feature found on earlier Edge Series ships should be assumed for Xcite. Ship-specific details will be added here only after they are announced or otherwise verified.

Celebrity Xcite Cabins, Dining and Entertainment

Celebrity has not yet published enough ship-specific information for GetCruiseInfo to provide a reliable cabin, restaurant, entertainment, or amenity breakdown. Rather than fill those sections with assumptions based on other Edge Series ships, this guide will be updated as confirmed Xcite details become available.

Celebrity Xcite Itineraries

Detailed Celebrity Xcite deployment information is not yet included here because the ship's 2028 itinerary program has not been sufficiently confirmed for this guide. Once Celebrity releases bookable Xcite sailings and deployment details, they can be added to the page.
